SelectionTalon applies selection methodology to assignments demanding the need to trawl the market for candidates rather than target a specific niche candidate population, or to address multi appointment campaigns where access to the candidate population can only be achieved via active promotion of the opportunities in the media, online or via other routes to the candidate market.
